Smoked and cured pork loin with asparagus sauce, potatoes, and pickled beets
THURSDAY
Beef goulash with mashed potatoes, and pickled beets
FRIDAY
Pork tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry, potatoes, gravy, and vegetables
SATURDAY
Beef filet with potatoes, red wine sauce, and vegetables
SUNDAY
Spareribs with baked potato, either whipped parsley or garlic butter, BBQ-sauce, and coleslaw
